No, Wrath of the Lich King isn’t the last expansion for World of Warcraft.  Mike Morhaime said:

We will continue making expansions as long as we have players that want to play ‘World of Warcraft’

Considering they’ve got 11 million subscribers and counting, they have plenty that want to play - so a good future for the game is pretty much garunteed, with many more expansions to come.  Also, Mike commented on the subscription fees:

If you look at other choices that you can make — like going to a movie with a date — you’ve already over your 15 dollars for two hours.
