You went to Blizzcon 2008 and got the little Blizzcon 2008 Card with a beta key for an unknown upcoming game and a Big Blizzard Bear Mount code? Then we have good news for you, if you waited to activate this mount, you are now able to do so.
Go to http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html
Enter the code from your card. The site will generate a new code for you, with this code you go ingame to the Foldorn Caverns (Alliance) and talk to Ransin Donner or if you are Horde go to the Valley of Honor and talk to Zas’Tysh.
With the new patch there is the cool feature that you do not have any icons of your mounts left in your inventory, you will notice that your new Big Blizzard Bear mount will remain in the inventory, and that’s actually good, you can trade this item through you account so all of you characters on your account can get the bear. Isn’t that neat?

Enjoy your time with the extraordinary mount!

Probably you already heard about the game file that got the name “PaidCharacterCustomisation”.
On a Blizzcon press conference, Jay Alle Brack asked about the Paid Character Customisation and the answer was quite funny. At first the Blizzard Crew didn’t want to reply on this question and just stated “no comment”. Five minutes later suddenly they brought up the subject and said that there is going to be paid character customisation.
No details on it yet, but we keep it up to date for you guys!

Another show match between Nihilum Plasma and the top Blizzard team. There will be no prize for this match, it is purely for viewer entertainment.
Nihilum Plasma
- Inflame: Gnome Warlock, Affliction/Demonology
- Paperkat: Gnome Warrior, Arms
- Carekoala: Night Elf Druid, Restoration
Blizzard Team (Schnell Schnell)
- Pritona: Paladin
- Oose: Warrior
- Chob: Shaman
1. Blade’s Edge Arena. Nihilum - 1 : 0 - Blizzard
Nihilum played using rogue, warlock, mage. Nihilum opened on the Blizzard warrior, who went from 100% to 0% instantly.
2. Nagrand Arena. Nihilum - 2 : 0 - Blizzard
This time, Nihilum played two warriors and a mage. Nihilum opened onto the Blizzard shaman with full force, killing him quickly.
3. Ruins of Lordaeron. Nihilum - 2 : 1 - Blizzard
Nihilum went at Blizzard with just two of it’s players this time. Nihilum had just druid and warrior against Blizzard’s trio. Carekoala went quite low, but got a heal. Blizzard’s shaman was the main target. Blizzard finally managed to beat Nihilum once (surprisingly) by taking down Carekoala.
4. Nagrand Arena. Nihilum - 3 : 1 - Blizzard
Nihilum, playing druid warrior mage, instantly take down Blizzard’s warrior. Carekoala left the arena, along with Inflame, for some fun, leaving it Nihilum mage vs Blizzard paladin. Nihilum’s mage quite easily kills the paladin. That was very difficult.
CONGRATULATIONS TO BLIZZARD TEAM!

Now, a “fun game” between Nihilum Plasma and World Elite, a Chinese team. There will be no prize for this match, it is purely for viewer entertainment.
Nihilum Plasma
- Inflame: Gnome Warlock, Affliction/Demonology
- Paperkat: Gnome Warrior, Arms
- Carekoala: Night Elf Druid, Restoration
World Elite
- Shen Lin: Priest
- Wang Keke: Rogue
- Sikan He: Mage
1. Blade’s Edge Arena. Nihilum - 1 : 0 - World Elite
WE Mage spams arcane explosion at the start. At this point my connection to the video got a bit dodgy and I missed a load of it, came back to see World Elite dead.
2. Blade’s Edge Arena. Nihilum - 2 : 0 - World Elite
WE Mage opens up, gets CC’ed, then trinkets out, lots of damage onto Inflame (playing a warrior), WE Rogue low on health, doesn’t get a heal, dies.
3. Nagrand Arena. Nihilum - 3 : 0 - World Elite
WE has the same setup, Nihilum now has two warriors and Carekoala as a druid. Both Nihilum warriors went straight on WE Mage and got frost nova’d. Nihilum takes no damage and Carekoala’s mana is still near full. The two warriors continue on the mage, who is then cycloned. Inflame gets polymorphed, and then the warriors force WE Mage to Ice Block. Both warriors then switch to WE Priest and quickly finish him off.
